From nonprofit operations to product at a startup,

I always ask in my roles: What’s going on with other teams? How can we improve this process? Is this a step closer to our goals?

I’m a Product Designer who believes strong collaboration, good process, and an eye on the bigger picture are key to delivering meaningful experiences to users. I believe good design solves user problems (of course!) and strongly connects to business goals and the product vision.

This understanding was shaped by my experience before design managing programs at nonprofits and as a Product Analyst at a B2C agtech startup.
